We would like to thank everyone that donated to the myFace Fundraiser last week, it was a great success! Here is a little note from the organizer:

Dear CrossFit Draper,

I want to personally thank all who participated and donated to myFace. It was great to see pictures of you all come together to honor the children of myFace. We exceeded the goal of $1,000 and with your help, we raised over $1,600. This will provide a crucial support system for the patients receiving treatment. Our children bond with each other and develop friendships in a warm, inviting atmosphere and this in a great deal is because of your support.

We have some fun things coming up here at CFD, make sure to save the date! Dainja will be coming home at the end of the month, we will be having a welcome home party for him on Saturday November 26th! We will also be running the Utah Human Race 5K for the 8th year this Thanksgiving, click here to get registered! And last but not least, we will be throwing our annual CFD Christmas Party on Friday December 16th! We are so excited to celebrate these fun events with all of you!

In teams of two, partners alternate whole rounds for time and complete five rounds each of:
Row 250 Meters
Kettlebell or Dumbbell Single-Arm Push Press x 5 reps each arm
Goblet Squats x 10 reps
Run 250 Meters

(Partner A completes 250 meters, Single-Arm Press x 10 total reps, Goblet Squats x 10 reps, and a 250 meter run while Partner B rests; Partner B starts on the row as soon as Partner A completes the 250 meter run.)

Option 1:

*After each set you will run 400 Meters

Option 2:
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!

*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
