MK and the 6am working through the Rowing and Burpees of Wednesdays EMOM!


Option 1:
On the 3:00 x 7 Rounds (21 Minutes):
21 AbMat Sit-Ups
14 Medicine Ball Squat Jumps (30/20)
7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlifts

Round 1 is 7 deadlifts round 2 is 6….

Option 2:
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!

*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
