Teams of 2 or 3
Teams have 7 minutes to complete 5 rounds of the buy in and then complete as many reps as possible in the remaining time.
After each 7 minute round rest 3 minutes.
Partners can start the dumbbell movements when the previous partner gets on the rower.
Partners may only work one at a time on the max movements.
