Attention: The Holiday schedule this week will be as follows. There will be NO Open Gym this Sunday, and NO Olympic Lifting this Saturday. Monday (January 1st) we will run a Holiday schedule and have a 9:00am and 10:00am WOD. Thanks for understanding and have a great Holiday!

It’s almost that time of year again, time to get back on track with your nutrition! We will be running the New Year Nutrition Challenge starting January 8th. We are excited to have Dexabody come again this year for body fat testing. They will be in on January 3rd from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Click here to schedule your time slot. The challenge will run for six weeks starting on Monday January 8th. We will have a meeting on Thursday January 4th at 6:30pm. If you want to join in starting 2018 off right make sure to put your name on the board!

CrossFit Draper and the Utah Food Bank have teamed up to make cleaning out your pantry easy, and for a great cause! Just bring your unwanted cans of food to CFD and put them in the big black bucket and we will do the rest. Let’s do our part to help feed hungry families this Holiday season!
