Attention: The “Summer Meltdown” Nutrition Challenge starts June 1st! We will be having a Q and A meeting this Wednesday at 6:30pm (there will be NO 6:30pm WOD) to answer all of your questions and give you all the tools you’ll need for nutrition success!

Attention Kickball Team: Our first game of the season is this Wednesday at 8:00pm! please try to get there at 7:30pm for the first game so that we can hand out shirts and make sure that we are ready to go for the season.
