The 8am WOD getting ready to start “Murph”!

Memorial Day Murph might be over but you can still get a shirt! We had so many of you wanting one that we decided to make one more order. Put your name and size on the sheet before June 6th to reserve yours!

Attention: The “Summer Meltdown” Nutrition Challenge starts June 1st! We will be having a Q and A meeting tonight at 6:30pm (there will be NO 6:30pm WOD) to answer all of your questions and give you all the tools you’ll need for nutrition success!
Attention Kickball Team: Our first game of the season is tonight at 8:00pm! Please try to get there at 7:30pm for this first game so that we can hand out shirts and make sure that we are ready to go for the season.
