Reminder: Today is our annual Halloween costume WOD! Come dressed in your best costume and get a great workout!

Attention: Caleb will be coaching the Olympic Lifting class today at 9:00am. Shayan will also be running Open Gym this Sunday from 9:30am until 11:30am.

WOD

“Don’t Drop Your Jack O Lantern”
For time:
Run 800 meters with your “Jack O Lantern”
Then 3 rounds:
30 “Jack O Lantern” Roll and Throws
20 Box Step Ups with “Jack O Lantern” 24/20″
10 Med Ball Cleans with your “Jack O Lantern”
Then finish with an 800 meter run with your “Jack O Lantern”
*If at any point in the WOD you drop or rest your “Jack O Lantern” on the ground you must stop and do 5 Burpees :)🙂
