AMRAP in Minute Stations
There will be a minute rest between each station. You will rotate through all movements twice.
1. Sled Pull and Push
2. Shuttle Run or Bike
3. Push Up
4. Atlas Stone
5. Air Squats
6. Ring Rows or Ring Dips
7. Keg
8. Hip Extensions or GHD Sit-Ups
9. V-Ups
