In teams of two, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Front Squats (155/105 lbs)
10 Toes to Bar
Interval-based training today with buddies. In our teams of two, we are looking for a 1:1 “work to rest” ratio. With that rest window, we now can train at a higher intensity knowing we have plenty of time to recover. We are not only looking for as little rest on each movement – but as much intensity as possible.
