Attention: The schedule this week will be the regular schedule. Heather WILL be teaching Yoga today at 9:15am. There will be NO Open Gym this Sunday. Monday (January 2nd) we will run a Holiday schedule and have an 8:00am and 10:00am WOD!
We are happy to let you know that we will be having the Kinstretch Clinic back on Monday January 9th at 7:00am! This is a FREE clinic to anyone that would like to improve their mobility and recovery time, so feel free to bring family and friends!
We are excited to announce that we will be starting the New Year Nutrition Challenge on Monday January 9th! The Challenge will run from Monday January 9th until Monday February 27th! It will be a Paleo/Zone challenge based on points. There will be a $50 buy in that will be distributed to the participants that earned enough points and showed the most improvement by the end. We will be doing Challenge WOD’s the week of January 2nd so make sure to get those in. We will also be having a Challenge Q and A on Tuesday January 3rd at 7:30pm. Please put your name on the board and set a time to get your before stats taken with Hillari if you are interested in participating!

Teams get one erg and one Bike. Teams establish an order and line up behind their erg, maintaining that order for the workout. Athletes may not move to the next station until the athlete in front of them has finished their reps.
