100 Dumbbell Snatches
80 Calorie Row
60 Bar-Facing Burpees
40 Muscle-Ups

*You may choose to complete this workout as an individual or in a team of two.
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell
