Attention: We will be running a Holiday schedule today (Labor Day). There will be an 8:00am and a 10:00am WOD. The rest of the week will remain the normal schedule.
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
Odd: 5 Pull-Ups + 10 Push-Ups + 15 Squats (Advanced: chest 2 bar)
Even: Burpees 🙂 (Advanced: 15, Intermediate: 12, Beginner: 8)
