In teams of three, complete three rounds each of:
25 Handstand Push-Ups
5 back Squats (225/155)
Teammates will attack this in a pipeline fashion. Teammate A will start Double-Unders, and once they are finished, they will move to a rest station while Partner B begins Double-Unders. Once Partner B finishes DU, Partner A may beginHSPU and Partner C begins DU. Teams will follow this sequence until all teammates have completed three full rounds.
