“Strongman Saturday”

Buy In:
100 Double-Unders
30 Burpees 🙂
30 Calorie Row
Then in remainder of time: strongman movement.
Rest 1 minute.
There will be four stations with only one team member working at a time.
During the buy in all team members must be active either by chipping through the buy in or by holding a static position. As soon as someone drops from the static position, team members must switch positions.
