Summer is almost here and we are stoked to be starting another season of CrossFit Kids! This year Mauree and Hillari will be running the program. We plan to start the middle of June and would really like to get an estimate of how many kids are interested. Please put your Childs name and age on the board so we can start planning!
Memorial Day has always been a great time for us to remember our Military Heroes with a little WOD called Murph! This year we plan to make it extra special with weighted vests, T-shirts, and a fun BBQ to finish off the celebration!
