The 6am working through the Front Squats during Tuesdays WOD!
It’s the last week of the Open and that means the last “Friday Night Lights”! We plan on starting at 5:30pm, running heats of 18.5 until everyone is done (probably around 7:30) and then celebrating with a Pot Luck party! Bring a dish to share and come prepared to bring your best game, cheer on your fellow athletes, and have an all around good time!

25 Abmat Sit-Ups
30 V-Ups
25 Abmat Sit-Ups
20 Knees to Elbows
15 GHD Sit-Ups


Every Minute on the Minute x 16 (4 Rounds):
1st: 15/12 Calorie Bike
2nd: 6 Push Presses (135/95) + 6 Pistols (alternating)
3rd: 15/12 Calorie Bike
4th: 10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
