Our fourth quarter attendance challenge starts today! There is no buy in, just great prizes for those that reach 3, 4, or 5 days per week during this busy time of year! We are also holding a second challenge for the month of October. You choose something to improve outside the gym, for example: cutting out Sugar, alcohol, soda etc. You choose one and we are here to support and help you throughout the month. Let one of your amazing trainers know what your goals are and we will do everything we can to help you achieve them!
