200 Meter Farmers Carry (70’s/53’s)
75/50 Calorie Bike
200 Meter Farmers Carry (70’s/53’s)
75 Wallballs (20/14)

*Teams may partition reps however they choose, one person working at a time.

Option 2:
OPEN GYM
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!

*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
