Summer is almost here and we are stoked to be starting another season of CrossFit Kids! This year Mauree and Hillari will be running the program. We plan to start June 12th and would really like to get an estimate of how many kids are interested. Please put your Childs name, age, and what day and time work best for you on the board so we can start planning!

Memorial Day has always been a great time for us to remember our Military Heroes with a little WOD called Murph! This year we plan to make it extra special with weighted vests, T-shirts, and a fun BBQ to finish off the celebration! We are planning on making this an event to remember, please keep checking the blog for all the details!
