Summer Kickball has been such a great time that we decided to make an official CrossFit Draper Fall team! Fall Kickball is every Wednesday evening starting August 30th through October 18th. If you want to be a part of this championship experience put your name and shirt size on the board!

Option 1:
4 rounds for time of:
25 GHD Sit-Ups
15 ft. Rope Climb, 3 ascents
400 meter Run
Option 2:
OPEN GYM
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!
*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
