We are happy to let you know that we will be having the Kinstretch Clinic back on Monday January 9th at 7:00am! This is a FREE clinic to anyone that would like to improve their mobility and recovery time, so feel free to bring family and friends!

We are excited to announce that we will be starting the New Year Nutrition Challenge on Monday January 9th! The Challenge will run from Monday January 9th until Monday February 27th! It will be a Paleo/Zone challenge based on points. There will be a $50 buy in that will be distributed to the participants that earned enough points and showed the most improvement by the end. We will be doing Challenge WOD’s the week of January 9th so make sure to get those in. Please put your name on the board and set a time to get your before stats taken with Hillari if you are interested in participating!

WOD

Today we will be running the WOD’s open gym style! You will have two options:

Option 1:
“Tri Sprint Intervals”
5 Rounds of 4:00 on / 4:00 off:
30/20 Calorie Row
20/15 Calorie Bike
AMRAP 10m Shuttles in remaining time

Option 2:
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!

*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
