We are happy to report that Nick’s back surgery went well and that he is still alive and breathing! We can’t wait until you’re back smashing all of our times!
If you are planning on participating in the Nutrition Challenge, make sure to get you before stats taken and your money to Hillari ASAP!


Today we will be running the WOD’s open gym style! You will have two options:

Option 1:
“Tri Sprint Intervals 2.0”
5 Rounds:
30 10 meter Shuttle Runs
20/15 Calorie Bike
AMRAP Calorie Row in remaining time
Rest 4:00 between rounds

Option 2:
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!

*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
