5 Rounds for max reps:
1:00 Squat Cleans (135/95#)
1:00 Burpee Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (50/35#)
1:00 Bike for Calories
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!
*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
