We wanted to invite all of you to participate in a fundraiser for the owner of CrossFit South Jordan, Markus. He has recently been diagnosed with testicular cancer. There will be a 5K on October 7th to help raise money for his treatment. Click here for all the details.

WOD

Option 1:
“Strongman Style”
Teams of 4-5:
5:00 at each station:
Sled Push
Sled Pull
Bike
Tire Flip
Yoke Carry

Option 2:
OPEN GYM
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!

*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
