Cole crushing the Mile during Mondays WOD!
Reminder: This Saturday we will be taking the WOD up to Tibble Fork Reservoir for some paddle boarding! We plan to start the WOD at 9:00am and then have a light breakfast afterwards. Anyone that has access to a paddle board should bring it, we have some but we can always use more. There will be NO WOD’s at the gym that day. Make sure to check the blog for final details. We can’t wait to get out and end the Summer by using our fitness outside the box with all of you!

500 Meter Row
10 Sandbag Cleans (50/35)
16 Sandbag Reverse Lunges (50/35)(Bar/Bag on back)
24 AbMat Sit-ups
If unable to use sandbag, complete workouts with a 75/55 barbell.
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!
*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
