In this Sunday sweat-fest, athletes will move back and forth between the bike and the rower. Note the difference in calories for men and women.

THE WHY
By Sunday, many athletes are typically pretty taxed from a solid week of training. Today, we’ve gone with two lower impact monostructural movements in the bike and row. Intensity is always relative based on the day and the athlete. Athletes who have made it in quite a bit during the week can treat today as a lower intensity recovery piece, while athletes who were only able to make it in a few times can bring up the intensity a bit. To each their own today!
