Reminder: Caleb is back on for the Olympic Lifting class today at 9:00am! Shayan will also be running open gym this Sunday from 9:30am to 11:30am!


In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

Run 1 mile together with your partner


Deadlifts (10,000 lbs / 6,000 lbs)
Dumbbell Snatched (5,000 lbs / 3,500 lbs)
Farmer Carry Box Step Ups (5,000 lbs / 3,500 lbs)

Each person is allowed to choose the weight for the deadlift, snatches, and step-ups. The higher the weight the less reps, the lower the weight the more reps. The movement is complete when you reach the total required poundage.

Cash Out:
20 seconds on 20 seconds off for 8 rounds of either Stone or Keg lift.
