Station 2: Atlas Stones
Advanced: 145/115
Intermediate: 115/95
Beginner: 95/30
Station 3: DB Overhead Stationary Lunges (55/35)
Station 4: Floor Wipers (135/95)
Station 5: Axel Deadlifts (225/155)
**Each team will spend 3 minutes per station with 1 minute rest between stations.
***Rotate through the stations Twice.
****Only one partner working at a time.
