AMRAP 25:
Team Tire Flips (100 ft)
10 Burpee Tire Jumps
20 Sit-Ups
*Every five minutes starting at zero everyone will run 200 meters.
**All team members will work together and all team members will do 10 burpees and 20 sit-ups.
***50 ft of tire flips is one rep. Score is total reps of only tire flips.
