“Strongman Saturday”
In Teams rotate through the following station. Each station is a total of 10 minutes with a one minute rest.
Station 1:
AMRAP Five minutes with one partner working at a time
– Stone Carries
AMRAP Five Minutes with two partners working at a time
– Sit up’s and Pull Ups
Station 2:
AMRAP Five minutes with one partner working at a time
– Keg Carries
AMRAP Five Minutes with two partners working at a time
– Sit up’s and Box Jumps
Station 3
AMRAP Five minutes with one partner working at a time
– Sand Bag Carries
AMRAP Five Minutes with two partners working at a time
– Sit up’s and Air Squats
Station 4:
AMRAP 10 minutes: max load on the Yoke. Each person will attempt a max walk.
