Attention: We will be running a holiday schedule today July 4th to observe the “4th of July” holiday. There will be an 8:00am and 10:00am WOD. The rest of the week/weekend will be the regular schedule. Thanks for understanding, and we hope you all have a great holiday!
To honor those who have given their lives for our freedom we will be doing “Hero” WOD’s all week! There will be options for scaling so please don’t let a hard looking WOD be an excuse to “Cherry Pick”!
In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete two rounds of the following for time:
50 Overhead Squats 135/95#
Run 1 mile
*You may split up the run however you choose, including running it together.

He is survived by his parents Cindy and Brett Barrett, his sisters Ashley and Taylor Barrett, his brother Brock Barrett, and his grandmother Carmen Johnson.
“Don’t tell me who you are. Tell me what you are.”
When we are asked “who” we are, we default to our past. We define ourselves by our resumes. Although our past may give us insight of where we’ve been, it cannot be what defines us… for it’s the past.
When the question however asks “what” we are, we tend to give a different answer. We describe who we really are. It’s one of character, values and beliefs.
Will we be defined by who we’ve been in the past, or by what we stand for today? Let character be our loudest statement.
