Thank you to everyone that came and ran the “Utah Human Race” with us, what a great way to start Thanksgiving!
The Holiday schedule for the rest of the week will be as follows: Friday we will run an 8:00am and 10:00am WOD. Saturday and Sunday we will run the regular schedule. Thanks for understanding and we hope you have a great Holiday!

REMINDER: Make sure to save the date! We will be throwing our annual CFD Ugly sweater Party on Friday December 14th! We are so excited to celebrate the Holidays with all of you!

“Grace/Isabel’s” House
20 Ground-To-Overheads (95/65 lb)

“Kelly’s” House
400 meter Run
30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
30 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)

With a running clock complete all five named parts of the workout, with no rest in between. For “Grace/Isabel’s” house, athlete may move the barbell from the ground to overhead any way they like (eg: snatches and/or clean-and-jerks).
