Summer Kickball has been such a great time that we decided to make an official CrossFit Draper Fall team! Fall Kickball is every Wednesday evening starting August 30th through October 18th. If you want to be a part of this championship experience put your name and shirt size on the board!

Benchmark WOD

Core Work:
A) Tabata Sit-Up Medball Throws
B) Tabata Med Ball Roll Out’s

Conditioning:
“Carrying Karen”

For time, complete 150 Wallball Shots, 20/14#
*If the athlete stops they must run 100 meters with their medicine ball.
