A lot of great things have happened over the last 7 months at CFD that we are so excited about! With all of the good changes that have taken place there is bound to be a bad one here and there. We are so incredibly sad to announce that Kory has had other opportunities and big changes come up in his life that won’t allow him to train at CFD anymore. We can not express how hard this is and how much we will miss having Kory as a part of our daily CFD family. He has been around ever since the beginning over 7 years ago! Kory would like to let everyone know that he will miss seeing all of your faces every week and is so grateful for the opportunity to get to know all of you and be a part of this incredible community! hopefully he has been able to help you to become a more healthy and Fit version of you!

Today Kory will be training the 6am WOD and coming to “Beer Friday” this evening at 5:30pm. Everyone is welcome to come and get a last taste of his fun vibes and bad ass training!

We will miss you Kor! Good luck with your new adventures!
