Reminder: This Saturday we will be taking the WOD up to Tibble Fork Reservoir for some paddle boarding! We plan to start the WOD at 9:00am and then have a light breakfast afterwards. Anyone that has access to a paddle board should bring it, we have some but we can always use more. There will be NO WOD’s at the gym that day. Make sure to check the blog for final details. We can’t wait to get out and end the Summer by using our fitness outside the box with all of you!

“Nancy” is one of the original CrossFit.com benchmark workouts. Benchmark workouts serve to measure our progress over time. In today’s workout, we test our ability to control a barbell overhead with a high heart rate. Logging this workout and all benchmarks in an app or in a notebook will be useful to look back upon the next time we do “Nancy”.
