We are so excited to announce that we will be holding our 6 week Fit Kids camp again this Summer beginning June 17th! We will hold camp every Tuesday and Thursday, excluding the week of the 4th of July. Younger Kids 5-10 will meet from 10:30AM to 11:15AM and older kids from 11-14 will meet from 11:15AM to 12:00PM! Let Hillari or Mauree know if you have any questions, and don’t forget to put your Childs name and age on the board. We can’t wait for your kids to come get fit with us!

How we do anything, is how we do everything. And there is nothing in life worth doing half-assed.

Reflecting back on this week, let’s be critical with ourselves. What actions this week have been “pretty good”? It’s rare for situations to happen just once. We can almost guarantee they are coming around for second time sooner than we think. Let’s take pretty good… to great.
