“I’m from Dallas, Texas. I got married in November 2019 and moved to Utah. Moving away from my family and to a new state was really hard on me. A year ago I walked into this CrossFit gym just wanting to get a good workout in. What I have received within this last year has been more then I could imagine. I found a sport that challenges me physically and emotionally. I found a community that makes sure I am motivating myself and others to be better.
