HILLARI EATON

OWNER / COACH

A Utah native and lifelong athlete Hillari Eaton is one of the most decorated CrossFit athletes in Utah. She took 1st place in the 2009 Regionals and competed in the 2009 CrossFit Games at “The Ranch”, and since then has been back to regionals 5 times as an individual and team member.

Hillari takes her passion to compete and marries that with a viral addiction to improving others lives. Her acute attention to form and making sure that everyone is safe, welcome and leaves with a smile is a trademark in her management and training that has made CrossFit Draper what it is today.

MAUREE HOGGAN

OWNER / COACH

Growing up a competitive gymnast to collegiate cheerleader to marrying an outdoor enthusiast, Mauree has been very active her whole life. Former gymnastics coach and physical therapy assistant, she enjoys helping people be healthy and fit. Getting bored of the traditional gym, she tried Crossfit Draper in 2011 and never looked back. After years of training under Hillari, she realized this was not just a passion but an opportunity to help others. In June of 2016, Hillari and Mauree partnered up to offer the best Crossfit around.

HEATHER WILLIAMS

COACH

Heather too is a lifelong athlete and loves being active in the gym and outdoors. Since 2010 she has made health/fitness part of her career, starting with her Yoga Alliance Certification and shortly after her love of CrossFit and training. Her infectious smile, flexibility and strength are a lethal combination in the gym and she showcases all 3 in her coaching and personal fitness everyday..

She loves lifting heavy stuff, instructing yoga, camping, shopping and baking non-paleo cookies.

DAINE EATON

COACH

Ever since I was a kid I've been playing sports. As a child it was soccer and as a teen it was wrestling. I generally just love being active. At 17 I joined the Army National Guard and in 2008, after returning home from training, Hillari convinced me to start Cross"Fitting". I finally found a way to keep that competitive drive alive and help others along the way. After the first workout I was hooked! I enjoy training new athletes and seeing them fall in love with the same sport I love.

BRAEDON GOUDIE

As a child Braedon always had a passion for being active – whether it was being on the soccer team, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, or even swimming. His passion for being active is only matched by his love for training and coaching.

Braedon started with Crossfit Draper in February 2012. He was instantly hooked. It soon became apparent that this was as much of a lifestyle as it was a workout, and he knew he wanted to spread that passion to others by becoming a trainer. "Crossfit Draper has been a home away from home and is an amazing community to be a part of - it is an honor to be one of its trainers."

CALEB CAZIER

OLYMPIC LIFTING COACH

I was introduced to CF in 2011 while on Christmas break during grad school with my brother at a rec center and was hooked immediately. I joined a CF gym as soon as I got back to school and have been a member at CF gyms ever since. My favorite things about CF are; the community, the fact that CF can be adapted to anyone and everyone and how it can push you to do things you never thought possible.

My favorite movements in CF are the Olympic lifts. I had some very good Olympic lifting coaches early on in CF that helped me gain a great respect for the lifts and to develop a love for sport that has helped me significantly in CF.

Outside of the gym I love spending time with my beautiful wife Alia and our brand new baby Adaline as well as our two dogs Jax and Fawkes. I also enjoy MTB, snowboarding, camping and working on my truck.

LAURI WOOD

COACH

Crossfitting since 2010, and a lifetime lover of physical fitness, Lauri has focused her attention on nutrition and its role and effect on our lifestyles, bodies, and our performance. Her knowledge and experience in nutrition and how it translates to our physical performance makes her the “go-to” expert on fine tuning your diet to maximize results.

Lauri leads our kids programs and nutrition programming.
