In teams of two, complete 3 rounds for time of:
50 ft Walking Lunges w/DB at side
25 ft Hand Stand Walks
25 ft Sprint.
50 ft Walking Lunges w/ DB in front rack
25 ft Hand Stand Walks
25 ft Sprint.
50 ft Walking Lunges w/DB in OH
25 ft Hand Stand Walks
25 ft Sprint.

Teammates will each complete the above sequence, alternating after each sprint.
Scale Hand Stand Walks with either Wall Walks or Burpees

Cash Out:
5X50 ft max weight Yoke or Sled Pull/Push. Each 50 ft should be performed in less than 60 seconds.
