WOD

Option 1:
“Surfer on Acid”
Compare to 7/18/16
3 Rounds For Time:
400 Meter Run
21 Burpees :)

No equipment necessary. The name of the game for this WOD is how fast we can move with just our bodyweight. Whether it’s getting off the ground after diving for a loose ball in basketball, looking for something that rolled underneath your car, or simply getting up off the floor , burpees are everywhere.

Option 2:
OPEN GYM
Make up a WOD that you missed, or a WOD that you have really been wanting to try, work on skills, etc!

*You must still come to one of the regularly scheduled WOD times.
